In the weaving industry, fabric surface defects are an important part of measuring the appearance quality of fabrics. Whether the finished fabric is used for clothing or other daily necessities and decorations, if there are defects, it will affect the appearance and lower the quality of the product. The editor of knitted fabric manufacturers will introduce the analysis of weaving defects of woven fabrics.
1. Organizational error
The weaving method is wrong, that is, the weave pattern of the woven cloth surface is different from the original design. For example: left twill weave into right twill, etc.
Reason analysis: Generally, it is caused by drawing-in errors, but it may also be caused by the wrong pattern of the Lycra Fabric and the wrong arrangement of the warp yarns of multi-specification warp fabrics.
Two, combined
The combined warp means that two adjacent warp yarns are joined together and are woven into the cloth as one piece according to the fabric structure. However, if it is discovered during the initial weaving of the warp beam that one of the parallel lines is removed, this situation can be completely avoided.
Reason analysis: negligence in warping and drawing, treating two yarns as one; two yarns are threaded into the same heald when drawing in.
Three, weaving holes
The warp and weft yarns of the woven fabric are broken, forming holes of different sizes called weaving holes. This type of defect is likely to occur in the fabric with dense warp and weft.
Reason analysis: the friction of the shuttle or the grip of the licker roller will cause the warp and weft to break.
