Cotton cloth is the general term for all kinds of cotton textiles. It is mostly used to make fashion, casual wear, underwear and shirts. Its strengths are easy to keep warm, soft and close-fitting, moisture absorption, and good air permeability. Compared with chemical fiber, it has good warmth retention, strong moisture absorption, good flexibility, and the cotton fiber has no adverse reactions such as static electricity. However, because of the weak elasticity and wrinkle resistance of cotton and hemp fibers, clothing simply wrinkles and is not stiff during wearing and washing, which brings many inconveniences to consumers in ordinary clothing care. "Haihuang" shirts are made of pure cotton yarn-dyed fabric, together with the company's unique non-iron cleaning technology, so that the product has the characteristics of pure cotton, but also has outstanding wrinkle resistance. It is compatible with hemp, bamboo, silver fiber and other materials. Blended textiles are functional and practical, which greatly satisfy the modern fast-paced lifestyle.
Chemical fiber fabrics are abrasion-resistant, durable, wrinkle-resistant, and stiff, but they are far less comfortable than pure cotton fabrics, and have adverse reactions that can cause red human skin. So white old men, children's clothes, especially underwear, and bedding should use pure cotton as much as possible to benefit their health. With the improvement of people's living standards, the pursuit of health care, and the desire to return to nature, cotton, a natural fiber like green food, is becoming more and more popular. Therefore, whether at home or abroad, the price of pure cotton fabrics is significantly higher than that of chemical fiber fabrics.

Pure cotton: (seed fiber) can be said to be the most widely used clothing fiber in the world.
It is a fiber derived from cotton seeds, which is made into cotton yarn by picking, ginning, carding, splicing, combing, roving, and worsted spinning, and then woven from cotton yarn into cotton cloth.
1) Strengths:
Strong hygroscopicity---cotton fiber is a porous material, the internal molecules are arranged very irregularly, and the molecules are rich in hydrophilic layout.
Warmth retention-cotton fiber is a poor conductor of heat, and the inner cavity of the cotton fiber is filled with inactive air.
Comfortable to wear---no static electricity, excellent air permeability, anti-sensitivity, simple cleaning.
2) Defects:
Easy to wrinkle---Cotton fiber has poor elasticity.
Large shrinkage rate-cotton fiber has strong water absorption. When it absorbs water, it will swell the cotton fiber and cause the cotton yarn to shorten and deform.
Scale before washing-Scale after washing
Attached accounting method: shrinkage rate = × 100%
Scale before washing
Usually the shrinkage of knitted garments is +5%
Mildew-----In the case of bacteria or fungi in a moist state, cotton fibers will decompose into their favorite nutrient-glucose, making the fabric moldy and metamorphose.
If cotton fiber is exposed to sunlight for a long time, its strength will be reduced, and the fiber will become hard and brittle. If it encounters oxidants, bleaching powder or oxidizing dyes, it will also reduce the strength of the fiber, and the fiber will become brittle and hard.
3) Washing method:
●Machine washable or hand washable, but because of the poor elasticity of the fiber, it is best to wash lightly or not to wash by hand when washing, to avoid deformation of clothes and affect the size.
●Cotton fabrics are best washed with cold water to maintain the original color.
Except for white cotton fabrics, it is best not to use scrubbing agents or washing powders that are rich in bleaching ingredients for other colored shirts. Avoid discoloration, and do not pour the washing powder directly on the cotton fabric to avoid partial discoloration.
●Wash the dark-colored shirts and the light-colored shirts separately.
4) Drying: After undressing, hang dry quickly and flatly to reduce wrinkles.
5) Ironing: high temperature resistance, can be ironed at high temperature to 200 ℃.
Features: soft and tough in quality, not strong in luster, full of moisture absorption, good air permeability, and comfortable to wear. It has good washing resistance and good dyeability.
Defects: Fading points, easy to wrinkle, and will shrink when washed.
Washing and protection: weak acid-resistant fruit will turn cotton into yellow, so wash it as you wear it. When washing, please use a soap or a neutral detergent to wash, do not use fluorescent detergent, and do not soak in bleach. Cotton fabrics are prone to mold, so it is necessary to keep dry before preservation. Do not use a clothes dryer.
