05
Leno weave (transferring)
It is a weft knitting weave with wales with interrupted loops.
Features: Perforations are formed on the surface of the fabric. The perforations are distributed in a certain pattern in the fabric to form a pattern.
06
Concave and convex, mesh effect
Use single needle multi-row tuck to form bumps and mesh effects.
07
Jacquard
Jacquard weave is a weave formed by knitting yarn on certain needles selected according to pattern requirements.
Features: Thickness, poor extensibility, and good resistance to dispersal. Patterns are formed on the cloth surface.
08
Tuck Circle Organization
Some coils are covered with one or more unclosed overhanging arcs in addition to a closed old coil.
Features: The extensibility and elasticity are relatively poor, and the anti-scattering property is good. It can form color effects, such as color, bump, hole and flashing.
09
Padding organization
One or several pad yarns form a closed overhang on some loops of the fabric according to a certain proportion, while the remaining loops stay on the opposite side of the fabric in a floating line.
Features: It can be used to produce brushed fabrics, the fabric extensibility is reduced, the thickness is increased, and the performance is enhanced.
Warp knitted fabric organization (warp knitted fabric)
01
Raschel fabric
The main features are large flower shape, coarse cloth surface and many holes, mainly used as decorative fabrics
02
tricot fabric
The cloth surface is fine, the pattern is small, but the output is high. It is mainly used for covering fabrics and printed fabrics. This type of fabric is mostly used for chemical fiber filaments, otherwise the production efficiency is extremely low.
Synthetic filaments such as polyester, nylon, vinylon, and polypropylene are often used as raw materials, and cotton, wool, silk, linen, chemical fibers and their blended yarns are also used as raw materials for weaving. It has the advantages of good longitudinal dimensional stability, stiff fabric, low dispersibility, no curling, and good air permeability. But its lateral extension, elasticity and softness are not as good as weft knitted fabrics.
