Spandex is the abbreviation of polyurethane fiber, which is a kind of elastic fiber. Spandex is generally composed of multiple filaments, usually 10D. Currently, there are 15D and even 20D. The less the theoretical number, the better the evenness of evenness. Because of the less chance of overlapping forms, dry spinning The production solution DMAC is harmful to the human liver. Generally, the 10D root contains 0.5mgkg, and if the 15D root contains 0.7mgkg, it exceeds the standard. When producing Spandex, special attention should be paid to the winding tension, the number of counts on the cylinder, the breaking strength, the breaking elongation, the forming degree, the oil adhesion amount, the elastic recovery rate, etc. These problems directly affect the weaving, especially the knitting production. More attention should be paid to single-sided cloth.

Basic Features
It is highly elastic and can be stretched 6 to 7 times, but can quickly return to its original state with the disappearance of tension. Its molecular structure is a chain-like, soft and extensible polyurethane. Hard segments are linked together to enhance their properties. Elastic fibers are divided into two categories: one is polyester chain; the other is polyether chain. Polyester elastic fibers have strong anti-oxidation and oil resistance; polyether elastic fibers have good mildew resistance and detergent resistance.
Spandex has excellent elasticity. The strength is 2 to 3 times higher than that of latex silk, the linear density is also finer, and it is more resistant to chemical degradation. Spandex has good acid and alkali resistance, sweat resistance, seawater resistance, dry cleaning resistance and abrasion resistance.
